GRILLED SALMON
This is one of the easiest recipes in my collection that always gets compliments. The smokiness of the paprika and the sweetness of the brown sugar will make your toes curl.

Steps:
- Heat your grill to medium/high. Oil the grill using a paper towel or anything else on hand.
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Slowly add a small amount of olive oil and stir. You will see an obvious change in color. Add more oil if the mix is still dry.
- Add the mix to the meat side of the fillet. Lay the fillet skin side down on the grill. Cook for 5 minutes. Flip the fillet and cook for 4 minutes. Take the salmon off the grill and serve meat side up.

HOW TO MAKE SALMON ON A PELLET GRILL | GRILLA GRILLS

- Carefully dry your skinless salmon fillet with a paper towel to remove any moisture from it. Brush each side with olive oil and dust with Blues Hog Dry Rub Seasoning and set aside. In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
- Place salmon on the grill for approx 5 minutes, just long enough to start getting an outer crust. Cover the top of the salmon with the glaze mixture generously and let cook for approx 10 minutes.
- Reglaze the top side and carefully turn over and glaze the other side and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes. Be careful not to over cook the salmon so depending on the thickness of your fillet as to how long you want to cook it.

- In a small bowl, make the spice rub by mixing paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and sugar. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the salmon.
- Place the whole salmon fillet on the grill. If you have a temperature probe, insert it into the center of the thickest part of the meat. Close the grill lid.
- Cook until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees. This should take about 1 hour.
