ICED MOCHAS
All of my friends rave about these frosty drinks. I pour my leftover coffee in ice cube trays and keep them on hand all the time. You can make fun squiggly designs on insides of glasses with chocolate syrup, before pouring mochas. Top with whipped cream.

BOOZY PEPPERMINT-WHITE CHOCOLATE ICED MOCHA
I never used to like coffee. But one holiday season, I tried a peppermint-white chocolate mocha--and actually enjoyed it. My version is not only sweet, it's boozy too! Win-win.

ICED MOCHA COFFEE
I'm a big fan of iced coffee as a cool, refreshing sort of drink. This recipe really fits that description. I originally found this recipe somewhere around the web while looking for a good iced coffee recipe, but since originally finding it, it seems to have disappeared. What I've listed here is my best recollection, based on my own personal experimentation, of the best iced mocha coffee I've had.

Steps:
- Combine the coffee grounds, cinnamon, and nutmeg in the coffee filter of an automatic coffee pot. Make sure they are well mixed.
- Brew coffee.
- While coffee brews, warm milk in a small saucepan.
- When milk is warm, add the brown sugar and chocolate syrup. Stir until everything is mixed together and the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add the vanilla extract to the milk mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the milk mixture into a separate container large enough to hold it and the coffee.
- Pour in the brewed coffee and shake to mix it up.
- Place the mixture into the refrigerator or freezer to cool. Alternatively, just drink it warm.
- NOTE: Make sure that you mix the coffee grounds, cinnamon, and nutmeg together before you brew the coffee.
- NOTE: You don't necessarily need to pour the coffee and milk mixture into a separate container, that's just my preference. If you have a large enough pot, you can just pour the coffee into there but make sure its mixed well.

- Grind your coffee beans to a coarse ground and place them in a large bowl or container. Grind your cocoa nibs to a coarse ground and place them with the ground coffee beans. (I have a small coffee grinder, and needed to grind them in batches. So take your time, and have patience grasshopper! This is the most important step).
- If using freshly whipped cream, place some chocolate sauce in a piping bag, and then place the whipped cream in the same piping bag. You can pipe a chocolate ripple whipped cream this way. Alternatively, just spoon fresh whipped cream on top.
- Bite off both ends of the kit kat bar. Put one end in the iced mocha and suck on the chocolate bar, until you can taste the mocha coming through the wafer. You can keep doing this until the chocolate wafer is completely soaked. Then simply eat it and repeat with another kit kat bar. Kids LOVE this, trust me! :) Happy Kit Kat Slamming!
