Ingredients

1 oz Flavour Syrup
4½ oz Milk to fill the glass
½ oz Light Cream (18%)
2 cubes of ice
Nutmeg

Steps:

In a cocktail shaker add the milk, cream and the flavour syrup
Add two medium sized cubes of ice
Shake thoroughly for 2 to 3 until the mixture feels "ropey"
Strain into a 10 oz glass
Grate nutmeg on top

My Favourite Coke or Pepsi Milk Shake image

This is really great. I'm not a milk drinking person, but this milk shake is incredible--so simple! It's even better with chocolate syrup like Hershey's or even store brand and a little less milk. I put about a couple of inches of milk (usually 1%) and then squirt in 10-20 seconds of syrup and top with Caffeine-free Diet Coke. I've even tried it with root beer, but the cola is best, even a store brand is great.

1/2 glass chilled Coke or 1/2 glass Pepsi
1/2 tablespoon sugar

Steps:

Put sugar in a glass.
Add milk; mix well.
Top with cola and serve chilled.
