- Add the 1 cup softened butter to the bowl of a hand or stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Add the sifted 3 cups of confectioners sugar and beat on low speed working up to medium for 2 minutes.
- Dissolve 1 tsp of the instant coffee granules in 1 tbsp of water. With the mixer on medium speed add the coffee to the bowl. Stop and scrape down the bowl. Add the 1/2 tsp cream and the remaining 1/2 tsp dry instant granules to the frosting and mix on low speed until combined, about 1 minute.

- Add one packet of Instant Coffee to Whipping Cream.
- Stir Whipping Cream until Instant Coffee has completely dissolved.
- Filter whipping cream through a colander if you have any un-dissolved coffee crystals.
- Add Whipping Cream mixture to a chilled mixing bowl.
- Turn mixer on high.
- Mix until soft peaks form.
- Add Powdered Sugar.
- Mix at high speed.
- Just before you get to stiff peaks add White Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix.

- Preheat oven to 170 °Celsius.
- Mix instant coffee powder with hot water. Add to milk and leave aside to cool.
- In a separate bowl, beat butter and sugar till soft and creamy for approximately 2 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- In another separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder and salt. Fold in the sifted ingredients into the creamed mixture alternately with the coffee mixture, starting and ending with flour.
- Pour the batter into two well greased and floured cake tins. Level the top and bake the cakes for 45 to 50 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center of the cakes come out clean.
