CHUNKY BLUE CHEESE SALAD DRESSING
I LOVE a good Blue Cheese Salad Dressing. Unfortunately, I have yet to find a good one in the stores. I dug out all my cookbooks, combined this and that and here is the final result.

- Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and buttermilk, mixing well.
- Add remaining ingredients mixing thoroughly.
- Must refrigerate for 24 hours before serving for best flavor.
CLEMSON BLUE CHEESE SALAD DRESSING
Found this in The Clemson Collection which was a cookbook put out by the University's Woman's Club, 1973. Clemson is in South Carolina. I guess that this is vintage now. Super garlic blue cheese dressing. If you love garlic try this one. It's almost like a caesar salad, and you can make a meal out of a salad with this.

ROGUE CREAMERY BLUE CHEESE SALAD DRESSING
This small creamery in Southern Oregon recently added to their many awards by winning a gold medal at the World Cheese Awards in London for their "Rogue River Blue" blue cheese. If you can find it in a speciality store give it a try. You can find them on the Internet. Their salad dressing recipe was published several years ago in the newspaper and is just plain good!
