Classic Vanilla Overnight Oats are a wonderful healthy breakfast! Eat it as is, or mix it up with adding fruit or other flavorings.

1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup (heaping) rolled oats
2/3 cup unsweetened Almond Breeze Original Almondmilk, see notes
1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxmeal
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
0-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Steps:

  • Whisk together all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Spoon into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  • Close and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight before eating.

1 cup rolled oats
¼ cup granola
3 tablespoons coarsely chopped Blue Diamond® Honey Roasted Almonds

Steps:

  • Stir together almondmilk and oats in a medium bowl. Spoon into 2 small bowls or canning jars if desired. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours to overnight, or for up to 3 days.
  • Before eating, top with granola and almonds, if desired.

50g rolled porridge oats
2 tbsp natural yogurt
50g mixed berries
drizzle of honey
½ tbsp nut butter (we used almond)

Steps:

  • The night before serving, stir the cinnamon and 100ml water (or milk) into your oats with a pinch of salt.
  • The next day, loosen with a little more water (or milk) if needed. Top with the yogurt, berries, a drizzle of honey and the nut butter.
