6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
12 ice cubes

Steps:

  • Combine the first four ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Add ice cubes (depending on the size of your ice cubes, you may want more or less. I suggest starting with 8-10). Blend again until ice cubes are crushed and the drink is smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.

½ cup sugar, divided
1 orange zest
1 orange wedge
1 ½ cups ice
2 cups orange juice
½ cup vodka
1 cup whole milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
4 orange wheels

Steps:

  • On a small plate, mix together ¼ cup (50 G) sugar and the orange zest with a fork until well distributed.
  • Rub the rims of 4 martini glasses with the orange wedge and dip into the sugar mixture to coat. Set aside.
  • Add the ice, orange juice, vodka, remaining ¼ cup (50 G) sugar, the milk, and vanilla to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Divide the orange julius between the martini glasses, garnish each with an orange wheel, and serve.
  • Enjoy!
