CINNAMON RICE CRISPY TREATS RECIPE
Literally the BEST rice crispy treats I have ever tried in my life. Well worth trying this simple variation to the old favorite recipe.

Steps:
- In a large pot, over low to medium heat, add the Salted Butter...let melt a little bit and add the marshmallows.
- Prepare and 8x8" casserole dish by spraying it with cooking spray or thoroughly buttering it.
- Stir the marshmallow and butter mixture until all of the marshmallows have dissolved.
- Remove from heat.
- Add the Vanilla and Cinnamon and mix well.
- Add the Crisp Rice Cereal and mix well.
- Spread evenly into the prepared casserole dish and push it down a little bit to compact it.
- Let cool at room temperature.
- Cut into squares, and enjoy.
CINNAMON-RAISIN CEREAL TREATS
Cereal treats get a new flavor and new look with this fun Bundt-cake-shaped crowd pleaser. The combo of bran flakes and rice cereal makes for seriously crunchy and crispy treats.

- Grease the inside of the Bundt pan with some butter.
- Melt the butter in a large pot set over medium heat. Add the marshmallows and cinnamon and cook, stirring occasionally, until the marshmallows melt completely, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla and a pinch of salt. Add the crispy rice cereal and wheat bran cereal and stir with a rubber spatula, making sure to scrape up the bottom, until the cereal is completely coated. Spoon the mixture into the prepared Bundt pan and pat down into an even layer (use the bottom of a measuring cup to help). Let sit at room temperature until firm, about 30 minutes.
- To serve, invert the Bundt pan onto a serving platter. Whisk the sugar with 1 1/4 teaspoons water in a small bowl until a smooth, thick and pourable. Drizzle the glaze over the dessert and let it harden, about 5 minutes. Cut into slices. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.

- 1. In a medium-large pot, on low heat, melt the butter. Then add the brown sugar and cinnamon.
- 2. When the brown sugar is completely dissolved, add your marshmallows.
- 3. Stir continuously until marshmallows are melted and the mixture is sticky. (This could create cramps in your hand, so stir slowly if need be.)
- 4. Remove from heat and start adding the cereal. Mix until well coated. (I usually add 1 cup at a time for ease.)
- 5. Spray your pan or chosen dish (I sometimes use fun molds) with cooking spray. Spoon your treats into the pan. (I usually spray one of my hands with the cooking spray so that I can mold the treats easier.)
- 6. Sprinkle some more cinnamon on top (if desired) and let cool for 15-20 minutes. Cut into 2-inch squares and serve.
MARSHMALLOW CINNAMON RICE KRISPIES BARS
After eating a cinnamon granola bar, I thought I would try putting cinnamon in my Rice Krispies bars. My family loved the addition.

- Butter a 13 x 9 inch baking pan and set aside.
- In large pan, over low heat, melt butter or margarine.
- Add the marshmallows and stir over low heat until marshmallows are melted.
- Add vanilla and cinnamon and mix well to blend.
- Add Rice Krispies cereal and stir to cover with marshmallow mixture.
- Pour into prepared pan and press with buttered hands.
- Allow to cool about 30 minutes before cutting.
- Store covered in air tight container.
- Feel free to increase cinnamon if desired. I used 3/4 teaspoon, but next time I may increase.
