- Cream butter and sugar.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time.
- Mix in mashed banana.
- Sift dry ingredients together; stir into banana mixture, add nuts.

- bake at 350 for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into loaf comes out clean.
- While cake is warm, pour melted butter over top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.

- Preheat the oven to 350F and grease and line a 9×5 loaf pan. Place a strip of parchment paper along the width of the pan so it's easy to lift out once baked.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed banana, sugars and butter until well combined.
- Whisk in the eggs, vanilla and sour cream.
- Pour in the dry ingredients and use a rubber spatula to fold to combine.
- Off to the side in a small dish, combine the cinnamon sugar.
- Pour 1/2 of the banana bread batter into the pan and spread it even. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar on top then spoon the remaining batter on top. Spread it even and sprinkle on the rest of the cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean with a few moist crumbs. The loaf should appear puffed with a golden sugar crust and large cracks on the surface.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for about 20-30 minutes then lift it out and slice. It's best to serve warm, but it's delicious at any temperature! Enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray one large nonstick loaf pan with cooking spray or grease with butter and set aside. (I used this 9.25 x 5.25 -inch pan from Wilton.)
- In a medium mixing bowl, add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Whisk together until combined.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the mashed bananas, sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk together until combined.
- Add the flour mixture into the banana mixture and stir with a mixing spoon until combined. Add the chopped walnuts and fold them into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. For an added crunch, top with more chopped walnuts and turbinado sugar.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and let the banana bread cool for 10 minutes. Then remove the banana bread from the loaf pan and let cool on a plate or wire rack until completely cooled. Top with sweetened condensed milk glaze if desired.
- In a small mixing bowl, add confectioners' sugar and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk together until there are no more lumps and it's completely smooth. Pour on banana nut bread and enjoy!

- Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
- Add nuts.
- In another bowl, combine eggs and oil
- Mash bananas and add to eggs mixture.
- Add vanilla, mix well.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stir until moistened.
- Pour batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 5 minutes, or until done.
- Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
- Remove to wire racks, cool completely.

- In a large mixing bowl cream together the butter and sugar. Set aside.

- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment or wax paper, leaving enough paper hanging over the sides to lift the cake out after baking. (This will prevent the topping from breaking when removing the bread from the pan.)

- Preheat oven to 350°F Place 3/4 cup pecans in a single layer on a baking shhet and bake 12-15 minutes or until toasted and fragrant, stirring after 6 minutes.
- Beat butter and cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until fluffy and light. Add eggs, one at a time, beating just until blended after each addition.
- Combine flours and next 4 ingredients; gradually add to butter mixture alternately with buttermilk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture.

- Bake at 350°F for one hour or until a long wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and sides of bread pull away from pan, shielding with aluminum foil during last 15 minutes to prevent excessive browning, if necessary.
