- Preheat oven to 425°. In a large bowl, combine the flour, cereal, 2 tablespoons sugar, baking powder and salt; cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in milk just until moistened. Shape into 1-in. balls., In a shallow bowl, combine remaining sugar and cinnamon. Dip balls in butter, then roll in cinnamon-sugar., Arrange in a single layer in an 8-in. cast-iron skillet or round baking pan. Bake until browned and a toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean, 15-18 minutes.

- Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until combined. Roll mixture into one-inch balls and flatten slightly. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Store layered on parchment paper in an airtight container up to 5 days.

- In a large bowl, combine the four, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. In a small bowl, combine the milk, oil, and honey; add to the dry ingredients and stir just until moistened. Stir in raisins.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks.
