SAUSAGE BALLS
This sausage balls recipe is a blend of pork sausage, cheddar cheese, bisquick and seasonings, all formed into balls and baked to golden brown perfection. A classic appetizer recipe that's great for feeding a crowd!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a rimmed sheet pan with cooking spray.
- Place the sausage, baking mix, cheese, onion, garlic, milk and black pepper in a bowl; stir until thoroughly combined. A stand mixers works great for this!
- Roll the meat mixture into 1 inch balls and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until browned. Sprinkle with parsley then serve immediately with a dipping sauce of your choice.

SAUSAGE BALLS
Sausage balls are a classic party appetizer for a crowd and they couldn't be simpler--just mix, shape and bake. We've included thinly sliced scallions in our version for subtle onion flavor and a touch of color.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment.
- Combine the sausage, baking mix and scallions if using in a large bowl and gently knead with your hands until the baking mix is fully incorporated. Add the Cheddar and continue to mix until the cheese is evenly distributed.
- Using a tablespoon to scoop, divide the mixture into walnut-size pieces and shape into balls with your hands. Arrange on the lined baking sheets about 2 inches apart, about 20 balls per baking sheet.
- Bake until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through, about 26 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.

I looked through the sausage ball recipes here and this one is just little different, so I'm posting it so I do not lose it.

- Preheat oven to 400.
- Mix all ingredients together with your hands till well incorporated.
- Roll into balls about the size of a walnut.
- I place the balls on a broiler pan so the grease drips down away from the sausage.
- Cook till golden brown approx 10-15 minutes.
- The amounts will vary depending on size of balls you make, 30-40.
