- In small bowl, combine milk, sour cream, and egg.
- Stir into flour mixture with margarine until just blended.

- Spoon batter 12 greased 2 1/2 inch muffin pan cups.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Remove from pan, cool on wire rack.
- Serve warm or cold.

- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar and baking powder. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Beat egg and milk; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. - In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, water, oil and egg whites. Beat on low speed until moistened, then beat on high for 2 minutes.
- Gently fold in cookie crumbs (1 cup).
- Fill paper lined muffin cups 2/3rds full.
- Bake at 350F for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick will come out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
