THE BEST FUDGY BROWNIES RECIPE BY TASTY

The Best Fudgy Brownies Recipe by Tasty image

Here's what you need: good-quality chocolate, butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, salt

Provided by Alvin Zhou

Categories     Desserts

Time 45m

Yield 9 servings

Number Of Ingredients 8

8 oz good-quality chocolate, semi-sweet
12 tablespoons butter, melted
1 ¼ cups sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
¾ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line an 8-inch (20 cm) square baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Chop the chocolate into chunks. Melt half of the chocolate in the microwave in 20-second intervals, saving the other half for later.
  • In a large bowl, mix the butter and sugar with an electric hand mixer, then beat in the eggs and vanilla for 1-2 minutes, until the mixture becomes fluffy and light in color.
  • Whisk in the melted chocolate (make sure it's not too hot or else the eggs will cook), then sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold to incorporate the dry ingredients, being careful not to overmix as this will cause the brownies to be more cake-like in texture.
  • Fold in the chocolate chunks, then transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on how fudgy you like your brownies, then cool completely.
  • Slice, then serve with a nice cold glass of milk!
  • Enjoy!

Here's what you need: unsalted butter, brownie mix, granulated sugar, dutch processed cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, all-purpose flour, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, large eggs, water, toasted walnuts, creamy peanut butter, whipped cream, rainbow sprinkle

Provided by Codii Lopez

Categories     Desserts

Yield 12 brownies

Number Of Ingredients 15

unsalted butter, for greasing
18 oz brownie mix, prepared according to package instructions
2 ¼ cups granulated sugar
1 ¼ cups dutch processed cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
¼ cup water
1 cup toasted walnuts
½ cup creamy peanut butter
whipped cream, for serving

  • Position a rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 350°F (180°C).
  • Grease a 9-by-13-inch (23-by-33-cm) dark metal pan with softened butter, then line with parchment paper, leaving overhang on all sides. Grease the parchment with more butter.
  • OPTION 1: If using prepared mix, make the brownie batter according to the package instructions.
  • OPTION 2: If making the brownie batter from scratch, in a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and flour. Add the vegetable oil, vanilla, eggs, and water and whisk to combine.
  • Stir in the walnuts.
  • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Pour the peanut butter over the top and swirl into the batter with a knife or skewer.
  • Bake until lightly puffed on top, about 20 minutes. Transfer the brownie pan to a wire rack and let cool completely, about 30 minutes.
  • Use the parchment paper to lift the cooled brownies out of the pan and cut into 12 bars.
  • Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a pinch of sprinkles.

HEAVENLY BROWNIES

Heavenly Brownies image

The first time I had my aunt's brownies, I went head over heals. Was it the best quality chocolate? Or was it the moistness and melt in my mouth textures? All I know was that these were the best chocolate brownies I had ever had. And I can say the same for all you brownie lovers out there!

Provided by Creative Baker

Categories     Dessert

Time 50m

Yield 36 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 7

14 ounces softened butter
14 ounces highest quality dark chocolate (this gives them that kick of flavor)
6 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
18 ounces caster sugar
8 ounces flour
1 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 356°F The reason for the weird measurements and odd temperature, is because I got this recipe from England.
  • Melt the butter and chocolate over a double boiler, or just in the microwave for a quick zap!

  • When the chocolate has cooled, add it to the butter/sugar mixture; mix well.
