CHOCOLATE MARTINI
This chocolaty cocktail is dangerously delicious. I love to drizzle a squiggly design of chocolate syrup in the martini glass before shaking and pouring the martini into it. It's a great nightcap your guests are sure to enjoy.

Steps:
- To make the blueberry vodka: Pour out approximately 1/3 of the bottle of vodka into a holding container; set aside. Score each blueberry with a small nick and place into vodka bottle. With the vodka previously set aside, fill the vodka bottle until just below the neck. Add just enough raspberry liqueur to top off the bottle. Let sit in a dark place for 2 weeks.
- To make martinis: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 parts blueberry vodka, 1 part raspberry liqueur, and a dash of lime juice. Shake vigorously and strain into glass. Garnish with twist of lime zest.

BLACKBERRY MARTINI
A little bit of effort, but amply rewarded. This was adapted by Jonathan Reynolds of the New York Times from "The Berry Bible." He prefers gin and so do I, but it's also awfully good with vodka. You'll have leftover simple syrup and berry puree, but I promise you, it won't go to waste. Cooking time is the estimate of how long it takes the syrup to cool.

OUTBACK BLUEBERRY MARTINI (COPYCAT)
After having a few too many of these one night when a friend was bartending, I had to start making them to serve for guests. It is very blueberry but with a citrus tartness and the proper amount of vodka makes them TDF. Outback uses their own "citrus blend" however, I find that Tom Collins mix is almost an exact substitute. Enjoy!
