1 pkg. Double Stuffed Oreos
1 Family Size ((9×13) Brownie mix (plus eggs and oil as called for on the back of the box))
1/4 cup hot fudge ((homemade or store bought))
Vanilla ice cream ((optional))
Extra hot fudge sauce ((optional))

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9×13 baking dish with foil or parchment paper. Spray with cooking spray.

1 cup granulated sugar
¾ cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk chocolate chips ((12 ounces ))
1 package Double Stuffed Oreos ((18-ounce ))
1 Family Size 9×13 Brownie mix
1/4 cup hot fudge topping

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 9x13-inch pan, line with parchment paper, and then butter the parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. Cream together the butter and both sugars in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well to thoroughly combine. Reduce the mixer speed to low and slowly add the flour mixture into the mixer until the flour is just combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread the cookie dough in the bottom of the prepared 9×13 baking dish.
  • Top the cookie dough with a layer of Oreos.
  • Mix together the brownie mix according to the package directions, adding ¼ cup of hot fudge topping to the mix. Pour the brownie batter over the cookie dough and Oreos. Bake for 45-55 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing into bars. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup miniature chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom only of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Make brownie batter as directed on box. Spread in pan. Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side comes out almost clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
  • In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and brown sugar with electric mixer on low speed until smooth and creamy. Beat in powdered sugar and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread over brownie layer. Refrigerate about 2 hours or until set. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in refrigerator.

1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 egg
16 ounces chocolate frosting, Betty Crocker Rich & Creamy preferred

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
