1/4 ounce crème de cassis
1 ounce apple cider (unfiltered)
1/2 ounce lemon juice (fresh)
Garnish: apple slices

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • In an old-fashioned glass filled with ice, pour the tequila, crème de cassis, apple cider, and lemon juice.
  • Stir well .
  • Garnish with apple slices. Serve and enjoy.

2 ounces good quality apple cider
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce creme de cassis

Steps:

  • Fill a cocktail shaker half full with ice.
  • Add tequila, cider, lemon juice and cassis and shake well.
  • Fill two glasses with ice and strain the cocktail evenly between them.
  • Garnish each with thin slice of apple if desired and serve.
