CHICKEN TORTILLA WRAPS(2WW POINTS)
from 3 fat chicks on a diet UPDATE:2-25-09 I made these today and i used caned chicken instead of regular chicken and it worked reall well. It didnt change the points at all according to the recipe builder on ww online. I used whole wheat tortillas and those made my points go up by 2.(so 4 in total) which still wasnt bad. these are pretty good and fast to make.I was gonna have one and a piece of fruit but the wrap was filling enough. I couldnt find the fat free cream cheese in the garden veggie flavor so i used regular fat free. update! 3-02-09 made these again(lol) still used the plain cream cheese, ff, but instead of sprinkling with the cayenne pepper, i used italian seasoning and garlic powder! it was delicious! i wont use the cayenne again the italian seasoning is the best! feel free to change the seasoning up a bit and let me know how you did it!:)

Steps:
- Add chicken and broth to large nonstick skillet. Bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is done. Drain; cool slightly. Shred chicken or cut into thin strips.
- Spread each tortilla with cream cheese to within 1/2 inch of edges. Sprinkle evenly with seasonings. Top evenly with chicken, slaw mix and chopped pepper. Press lightly to flatten. Fold up bottom edge, then roll tightly to form wrap. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill until serving.
WEIGHT WATCHERS 4 PT CHICKEN SALAD WRAP
I created this recipe using the recipe builder on the weight watchers website, so if you use the exact ingredients I've listed it is only 4 points per serving! It's really tasty, plus it has 26 grams of protein to keep you full. This is a very basic recipe, there are many variations you could create by adding new ingredients to it--just keep in mind that the point value might change...

NACHO CHICKEN AND RICE WRAPS (4 WW POINTS)

I would definately suggest to add a small can of green chilis and maybe a dash of red pepper flakes to the cheese mix at the begining! It was a tad bland but still really good! I used one can of the cheese soup and one can of the southwest cheese soup!:)

- Mix soup, water, salsa, rice and chicken in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours or until rice is done. Spoon 1/2 cup rice mixture down center of each tortilla. Fold tortilla around filling.

- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. coat pan with cooking spray; add mushrooms, and saute 5 minutes or until tender. remove from pan, keep warm.
- while mushrooms cook, heat tortillas according to package directions.
- coat pan with cooking spray; add egg substitute. cook 2 minutes or until scrambles, stirring constantly. remove from heat, keep warm.
- Top each heated tortilla with one cheese slice, 1/4 cup mushrooms, 1/4 cup scrambled eggs and one tablesppon bell peppers.
- roll up burrito style. arrange wraps on a microwave safe plate. microwave at high 30 seconds or until sheese melts. cut in half, serve immediatly.
- 4 serving.
- serving size= 2 halves.
