Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Boil chicken until tender and shred or cut into bite size pieces. Meanwhile, steam broccoli until crisp but tender.
- In a small bowl mix together the soup and mayonnaise. Set aside. In a 9x13 inch baking dish layer the chicken, broccoli, soup mixture, and cheese. Sprinkle dry stuffing mix over the top and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.

- Prepare rice according to package directions, omitting the butter. In a 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray, layer the rice, broccoli, chicken, ham, cheddar cheese and mushrooms., In a small bowl, combine the soup, yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard and curry powder. - Mix milk and soup together. Pour and stir in casserole dish.
- Mix breadcrumbs with melted margarine to make crumb topping.
- Sprinkle casserole with cheese then crumb topping. Bake at 425°F' for 20 minutes or until bubbly hot.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and greased a casserole dish with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, combine pork panko, grated parmesan cheese, melted butter and garlic. Set aside.
- Add broccoli to a microwave safe bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of water and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 2-4 minutes until fork tender. Drain excess water. Set aside uncovered to dry out.

- Place the chicken in a large pot with water to cover. Add some salt, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a low simmer and cook the chicken until tender, about 45 minutes. Drain the chicken, cover, and refrigerate until cool, or up to 24 hours. Shred.
