- Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until light golden brown. Spread on waxed paper to cool, about 15 minutes. Break into pieces. Store in airtight container.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Spray two large baking pans.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, stirring well until completely coated. Spread in a single layer on the baking pans.
- Bake for 12 minutes. Spread on waxed paper to cool, about 15 minutes.
- Break into pieces and store in an air-tight container.

This is an addicting EASY brittle...I usually hand it out as gift for the office holiday party and I'm always getting requests so I thought this would be an easy way to share. Enjoy!

Steps:
- in a microwave safe bowl, melt the Chips
- combine the other ingredients in a large bowl
- when the chips are melted fully, pour them over mixture and then spread out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment/wax paper. Don't make it too thick or it will be difficult to break up (and eat)
- Allow to cool completely. Once brittle is cooled, break into chunks and serve!

Remove the pans and bowl from the oven. Pour chex and peanuts into the bowl. Stir the butter into the candy when it reaches 240 degrees and continue to cook, stirring constantly until the temperature reaches 300 degrees.
