CHOCOLATE CHESS PIECES

Steps:

• Chop 24 ounces semisweet chocolate; microwave three-quarters of the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted. Add the remaining chocolate; stir until smooth.
• Fill 2 molds with the chocolate using a piping bag; scrape off the excess. Freeze 15 minutes, then pop out the pieces. Glue the halves together with melted chocolate.
• Repeat with 24 ounces white chocolate, microwaving at 20-second intervals. Repeat as necessary until the set is complete. Wrap in plastic and freeze until ready to play.

OOEY GOOEY CHESS BARS

Steps:

• Set your oven to 350.
• Grease a 13 x 9 pan.
• With mixer, mix yellow cake mix, melted butter and 1 egg. Press into pan.
• Next, beat cream cheese until creamy (takes a few seconds), add confectioners' sugar and two eggs and mix until well blended. Fold in peanut butter chips and ½ cup heath bar bits. Pour all this over yellow cake mixture. Sprinkle the rest of the heath bar bits on top and bake for 45 minutes. You can garnish with confectioners' sugar.

CHESS CAKE

Steps:

• Melt margarine.
• Mix 1 egg and cake mix with margarine.
• Pat into 9x13-inch pan.
• Mix remaining eggs, cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar until smoothe.
• Pour over mix in pan.
• Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until center is done.
• Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
• Cut in squares and refrigerate until ready to serve.

CHESS SQUARES

Steps:

• Combine cake mix, butter, and egg and pat in 9" x 13" pan.
• Mix sugar, eggs, and cream cheese and pour on the crust mixture.
• Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes or until browned.

CHEDDAR CHEESE COOKIES

Steps:

• Mix all ingredients together with your hand.
• Make teaspoon size balls.
• Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookies sheet.
• Refrigerate 1 hour.
• Bake at 400°F 15-20 minutes until set.

CHESS SQUARES

Steps:

• Combine cake mix, 1 egg, butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla and mix well.
• Spread in a greased and floured 9 X 13 pan.
• Batter will be very thick.
• Combine remaining 3 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla, cream cheese and powdered sugar and beat well with mixer.
• Spread over cake mix mixture.
• Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
• Refrigerate squares.
