CHERRY JALAPENO CREAM CHEESE DIP
Cherries and jalapenos come together in a sweet and spicy relish over cream cheese!

Steps:
- Discarding any liquid, place thawed frozen cherries in a food processor; pulse 3-4 times or until cherries are coarsely chopped.
- In a medium bowl, mix together cherries and remaining ingredients. Chill 4-6 hours or overnight.
- Remove from fridge and place cherry jalapeno mixture in a fine mesh sieve to drain excess liquid.
- To serve, place cream cheese on a plate with a lipped edge and spread jalapeno cherry relish on top. Serve with crackers or pita chips.
CHERRY JALAPEñO DIP WITH WHIPPED CREAM CHEESE
This Cherry Jalapeño Dip with Whipped Cream Cheese is a warm weather twist on a cream cheese cranberry dip that gets served around Thanksgiving in my family. The dip is no bake and is served chilled which makes it an ideal snack for warm weather days.

- In a medium mixing bowl, toss together the chopped cherries, diced jalapeño, scallions, cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, and salt. Taste and if your cherries are very tart, add a little sugar (1 tsp at a time) until the mixture is just a touch sweet while still being spicy.
- Using a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, beat the cream cheese on medium until light and fluffy, about 30 seconds. With the mixer running, slowly pour in the milk and 2 tsp sugar and let mix for another 30 seconds or until everything is completely incorproated and the final texture is very light.
- Spread the whipped cream cheese onto the bottom of a small serving bowl. Spoon the cherry mixture evenly over the cream cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of black pepper.
- Serve right away with crackers.
CREAMY CHERRY CHEESE DIP

- In a medium mixing bowl, combine ingredients.
- Make sure your cream cheese is room temperature for easier mixing.
- Stir until all of the ingredients are well combined and the cream cheese is no longer white, but instead a light pink color.

- Combine jalapeno peppers, Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and green chilies in a bowl. Cut the top off of the sourdough bread and hollow out the center to create a bowl. Fill the bread bowl with the jalapeno mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
