2 (3 ounce) packages JELL-O Cherry Flavor Gelatin
1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 ½ cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
2 ounces BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, shaved into curls
2 ¼ cups fresh dark sweet cherries, pitted
1 teaspoon powdered sugar

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Bake 12 to 15 min. or until firm. Cool.
  • Meanwhile, add boiling water to gelatin mixes in small bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Whisk cream cheese in large bowl until blended. Gradually whisk in gelatin. Refrigerate 30 min. or until chilled.
  • Whisk 1 cup COOL WHIP into gelatin mixture; pour over crust. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  • Spread remaining COOL WHIP over dessert; top with chocolate curls and cherries. Garnish with sifted powdered sugar just before serving.

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup flour
3/4 cup walnuts or 3/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (12 ounce) container Cool Whip
2 boxes instant chocolate pudding mix (any favorite flavor may be used)
1 cup milk (I use a little less than 21/2 cups for a firmer filling)

Steps:

  • Mix butter and flour together then add the ground nuts ( save a few for the toping). Pat into a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Bake 20 minutes at 350:.
  • Cool.
  • In a mixing bowl mix cream cheese and powdered sugar together, stir in 1/2 of the cool whip.
  • Spread this mixture over cooled crust. Beat the pudding with milk and spread over the cream cheese. Top with the rest of the cool whip, sprinkle with the reserved nuts.
  • Refrigerate until serving time. Sometimes I drizzle melted chocolate or chocolate ice cream topping over the top, makes it look even more rich.

3 cups cold milk
8 ounces instant vanilla pudding
8 ounces Cool Whip, divided

Steps:

  • REserve 1/3 cup cherry pie filling for garnish.
  • Set aside.
  • Stir boiling water into dry jello mix in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  • Stir in cold water and remaining cherry pie filling.
  • Refrigerate 45 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  • Place cake cubes in a 3 quart serving bowl.
  • Spoon jello mixture over cake.
  • Refrigerate 45 minutes or until set but not firm.
  • Pour milk into large bowl.
  • Add dry pudding mixes.
  • Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes.
  • Gently stir in 2 cups of the coolwhip.
  • Spoon over jello mixture in bowl.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
  • Top with remaining coolwhip and reserved cherry pie filling.
  • Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.

1 cup chopped walnuts, toasted, divided

2-1/2 cups 2% milk
2 packages (3.9 ounces each) instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup semisweet chocolate chunks

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Place flour in a small bowl; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in 1/2 cup walnuts. Press onto bottom of an ungreased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake until light golden brown, 12-15 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack., In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth; fold in 1 carton whipped topping. 1 cup butter (melted)
1 ½ cups chopped pecans (divided)
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
16 ounces Cool Whip (divided)
6.8 ounces vanilla instant pudding (2 (3.4 ounce) boxes)
2 cups milk
42 ounces cherry pie filling

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl combine vanilla wafer crumbs, melted butter and 1 cup chopped pecans. Spread into the bottom of a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool completely.
  • In another mixing bowl combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 1/2 cups of cool whip until well blended. Spread carefully over the cooled vanilla wafer crust.
  • In another bowl combine the pudding mixes and milk until well blended. Then fold in 1 1/2 cups cool whip. Mix until smooth and spread over the cream cheese layer.
  • Top with the cherry pie filling. Then spread the remaining cool whip over the top. Spread the remaining 1/2 cup of pecans on top.
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
