Steps:
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Reserve 2 Tbsp. cilantro for later use. Mix cream cheese and CHEEZ WHIZ in medium bowl until blended. Add remaining cilantro and all other remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
- Garnish with reserved cilantro.

- melt butter/margarine in fondue pot, small sauce pan or small slow cooker.
- drain, rinse and press excess moisture out of mushrooms - chop to bite size if needed.
- saute mushrooms in butter/margarine until warmed through.
- add cheez whiz, shrimp, mild green chilies and dashes of Worcestershire sauce.
- Heat on low stirring every few minutes until warm and blended.
