1 tube (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh broccoli
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh baby spinach
1 cup meatless spaghetti sauce
2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Unroll pizza crust into a 15x10x1-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray; flatten dough and build up edges slightly. Bake at 400° for 8 minutes. , Meanwhile, in a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, saute the mushrooms, onion, broccoli, green pepper and spinach until crisp-tender. , Spread spaghetti sauce over crust. Top with sauteed vegetables, tomatoes and cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

1/2 cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® dressing
1/4 cup jarred marinara or spaghetti sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 medium whole wheat flour tortillas (or 4 whole wheat English muffins, split)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover two large baking sheets with foil (for easy cleanup) and spray with vegetable oil spray. Bake the tortillas blind (empty) for 4-5 minutes, turning halfway through. Remove from oven and set aside to cool enough for kids to handle. (If using English muffins, simple toast on lowest setting until just barely toasted.) Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® dressing with marinara sauce. Spread a few tablespoons of sauce on each tortilla, followed by the cheese and veggies. Bake until cheese is bubbly throughout, about 6-8 minutes.;
  • Veggies laid out in bowls or on a cutting board: finely sliced red and yellow peppers, grated zucchini, finely chopped sweet onion. Sliced tomato, sliced black olives .

1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
2 tablespoons fat-free milk
1/2 cup each chopped fresh broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green pepper, sweet red pepper and mushrooms

Steps:

  • Unroll crescent roll dough into one long rectangle. Press onto the bottom of a 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray; seal seams and perforations. , Bake at 375° for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely., In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, salad dressing mix and milk until smooth. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with vegetables. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Cut into 16 pieces.

1/2 cup red onion, sliced
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 garlic clove, minced
12 inches pizza crusts, ready-made
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
1 medium tomatoes, seeded, chopped

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Cook and stir brocoli, onions, garlic, and basil in oil for 2 min in medium skillet.
