My mom makes this every Christmas, and it's always the first thing gone. It's so very YUM! I always threaten to run in and hide it from my dad. This recipe is doubled from the original. Number Of Ingredients 8

Ingredients

4 c shredded sharp cheddar
2 c mayonnaise
1 can(s) ripe olives, drained and chopped
2 can(s) green chiles, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
2 medium roma tomatoes
1/2 c chopped green onion

Steps:

1. In a bowl combine cheese, mayo, ½ c olives, chiles, garlic powder and hot pepper sauce. Transfer to a couple of 9 inch round pans or a 9x13 Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
2. Sprinkle tomato, and remaining olives, and green onions on top in a star pattern. Serve warm, with tortilla chips, Frito's, Naan chips, really any heavy duty chip will work and taste wonderful!

1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
1 can (4.5 ounces) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles, drained
Tortilla chips, if desired

Steps:

In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except cheese, chilies and tortilla chips. Stir in cheese and chilies.
Cover and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours to blend flavors. Serve with tortilla chips.

In a medium pot over medium heat, combine 8oz cream cheese, 16 oz tub sour cream and 6 Tbsp unsalted butter and melt together, whisking until blended.
Stir in 1 cup parmesan and 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese and mix until cheese is melted. It should start to bubble.
Stir in chicken, jalapeños, black beans, yellow corn and 2 cloves of pressed garlic. Bring to a light boil and remove from heat. Garnish if desired and serve warm or hot. I told ya! Easy peasy! :)
