Steps:

• Unfold puff pastry. Whisk egg and water; brush over pastry. Combine the remaining ingredients; spread over pastry to within 1/2 in. of edges. Roll up jelly-roll style. Cut into twenty 1/2-in. slices., Place 2 in. apart on greased baking sheets. Bake at 425° until puffed and golden brown, 9-11 minutes. Serve warm.

Steps:

• Mix all ingredients except tortillas until thoroughly blended Spread onto tortillas and roll each one up (you can wrap individually with plastic wrap and refrigerate for later, or cook now) cut into even slices; discarding the ends. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet Bake for 10 min, turn half way through Heat oven 375F

CHEESY GREEK PINWHEEL APPETIZERS

Steps:

• Mix all ingredients except tortillas until blended; spread onto tortillas. Roll up. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 hours.
• Heat oven to 375°F. Unwrap roll-ups; trim and discard ends. Cut each roll-up into 8 slices; place, cut sides up, in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheets.
• Bake 10 min.
