Steps:

• Add the tea bags to the boiling water and let steep. Let cool down.
• Apply to clean, washed hair. Don't rinse out.

• Shampoo your hair as usual and lightly condition it.
• Pour chamomile tea over it.
• Work into hair from scalp to ends.
