1 cup sweetened applesauce
Dash ground nutmeg
1/2 cup granola with raisins
1-1/3 cups vanilla yogurt

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine applesauce and nutmeg. Spoon 1 tablespoon granola into each of 4 parfait glasses. Layer each with 1/3 cup yogurt and 1/4 cup applesauce; sprinkle with remaining granola. Serve immediately.

2 cups Yoplait® 99% Fat Free creamy vanilla yogurt or Yoplait® Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)
2 medium unpeeled apples or pears, cut into chunks (2 cups)
1/4 cup caramel fat-free topping
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts

Steps:

  • Reserve 1/4 cup yogurt for topping. Divide remaining yogurt among 4 (8-oz) glasses or dessert dishes. Spoon 1/2 cup of the apple chunks over yogurt in each glass.
  • Top each with 1 tablespoon of the remaining yogurt. Spoon 1 tablespoon caramel topping over yogurt. Sprinkle pecans over each parfait. Serve immediately.

12 ounces plain yogurt, the thicker the better
1 green apple, peeled and cored
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 teaspoons vanilla, divided
2 pinches salt, divided
1/2 cup half-and-half
4 tablespoons butter

Steps:

  • In a blender, mix the yogurt, apple, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1 pinch of salt and 1 tsp of vanilla. Blend till the ingredients have a nice creamy texture.
  • In 4 oz jars, fill the jars half way with the yogurt blend.
  • In a small sauce pot combine the butter, half and half, pinch of salt and 1 cup of brown sugar and cook on medium low.
  • Whisk gently until all the ingredients are melted and smooth.
  • Add the tsp of vanilla and continue to cook to desired consistency. Remember that this is more of a sauce and will be refrigerated so you don't want the caramel to get too stiff.
  • Allow the caramel to cool, then pour over the yogurt filling up the remainder of the jars.
  • Chill and serve.

1 (16 ounce) container caramel apple dip
4 large apples
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons apple pie spice, blend
1 cup pecans
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 (10 ounce) prepared butter pound cake
butter pecan ice cream or favorite ice cream

Steps:

  • In a microwave safe container, combine apples, butter and spices; microwave on high for 3-4 minutes.
  • The apples should be tender. Drain. Cool 5 minutes.
  • Mix until smooth. In a microwave safe container, microwave the Caramel Apple Dip for 10-30 seconds, stirring every 10 seconds.
  • Using either individual parfait glasses or a trifle bowl, layer the ingredients, starting with the caramel, pound cake, apples, nuts, dried fruit, ice cream.
  • Repeat the process. Serve right away.

1/4 cup fat-free caramel topping
2 tablespoons walnuts, coarsely chopped

Steps:
