CHOCOLATE SALAMI
Is it chocolate? Or is it salami? The world might never know.

Steps:
- Put the chocolate in a medium heatproof bowl and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth, about 3 minutes. In another medium bowl, cream together the granulated sugar and butter with an electric hand mixer until smooth, about 3 minutes. Beat in the melted chocolate, coffee and cocoa powder until thoroughly combined, scraping the bowl as needed. Stir in the biscotti, pistachios and walnuts.
- Pour the chocolate mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap and shape into a log about 2 inches in diameter and 12 inches long. Roll until the log is completely covered in plastic and refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
- When ready to serve, remove the chocolate salami from the plastic wrap and dust with the confectioners' sugar. Wrap with butcher's twine for an authentic salami look.

- Do not take skin off the salami. Cut in 1/2 lenght wise. Put in glass pyrex dish lasagna pan. Pour 2 jars of preserves over top. Bake in 250 degree oven for 4-5 hours, basting every so often.

- Bring to a boil on medium heat the milk, sugar, cocoa, raisins and butter together. Boil for 30 seconds. Turn off the heat and prepare the biscuits.
- Break the biscuits into small pieces in large bawl. Add the flavored extracts to the cocoa syrup and pour the hot liquid over the biscuits. Mix well so they are all covered by the syrup and starting to absorb the liquid. Let aside until you take care of the Turkish delight.
- Cut the Turkish delight in small pieces. Add it to the biscuit mixture. Add the chopped and ground walnuts too. Stir well to incorporate all things together.
- Place this mixture onto a parchment paper (or cling film) and give it a 'salami' form. Wrap it very tight with the parchment paper into this salami form and secure the ends.
