Number Of Ingredients 8

Meats (like beef, seafood, poultry, etc.)
Vegetables & beans
Broth (like chicken broth, beef broth, canned tomatoes, water, etc.)
Spices & seasonings
Pressure canner
Canning jars, seals, and rings
Canning funnel, lid lifter, and jar lifter
Ladle and bubble tool

Steps:

  • Start by preparing your jars and getting water in the canner heating. You want the canner hot, but not boiling, when the jars are ready to be processed. This is so simple and easy to make. We have this at work at least once a month. I have made some corrections to the recipe that I failed to add when originally posted. Enjoy.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans minestrone soup, with
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans water
2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules, dissolved in the cans of water
2 (16 ounce) cans pinto beans, drained
2 (10 ounce) cans rotel
2 lbs cooked ground beef
1 medium onion (optional)
1 medium bell pepper (optional)

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef in skillet (with onions and green bell peppers if desired).
  • Drain meat.
  • Combine all ingredients in large pot and heat through.
  • Serve with corn bread or crackers.
