This sweet moonshine recipe makes dessert in a jar! The perfect sweet spirit for sippin', shootin', or using as a base in your next favorite cocktail.

1 cup dark brown sugar
4 cups of Moonshine
4 oz Salted Caramel-flavored Moonshine
4 tbsp butter pecan syrup
4 tsp vanilla extract

Steps:

  • In a saucepan combine the water and sugar over medium heat.
  • Whisk until all the sugar is dissolved.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add the butter pecan syrup and vanilla.
  • Allow to cool.
  • Once cooled, combine the syrup mixture with the caramel and regular moonshine.
  • Serve in mason jars.
  • For an extra kick, add a scoop of ice cream to your mason jars while servin

1 cup packed brown sugar
5 teaspoons cornstarch
Dash salt
1 cup water
1/3 cup butter, cubed
3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Vanilla ice cream

Steps:

  • In a 1-1/2-qt. slow cooker, mix brown sugar, cornstarch and salt. Whisk in water. Cover and cook on high until thickened and bubbly, 3 to 3-1/2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Whisk in butter until melted. Stir in pecans and vanilla. Serve with ice cream.
