1 package butter pecan cake mix (regular size)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 large eggs
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2-1/2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white baking chips
1 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons brewed coffee
1 cup finely chopped pecans

Steps:

In a large bowl, beat the cake mix, flour, butter, eggs, syrup, coffee granules and vanilla until well blended (dough will be very thick). Fold in chips. Divide dough in half. , On an ungreased baking sheet, shape each portion into a 12x2-in. rectangle. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown., Place pans on wire racks. When cool enough to handle, transfer to a cutting board; cut diagonally with a serrated knife into 3/4-in. slices. Place cut side down on ungreased baking sheets., Bake for 10-15 minutes or until firm. Remove to wire racks to cool completely., In a small bowl, combine confectioners' sugar and coffee. Drizzle over biscotti; sprinkle with pecans. Let stand until set. Store in an airtight container.

Ingredients

3/4 cup pecans
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
1/3 cup sugar, plus more for coating
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On a baking sheet, toast pecans until fragrant, about 6 minutes. Let cool completely; finely chop.
With an electric mixer, cream butter and 1/3 cup sugar until light, about 1 minute. Beat in vanilla, salt, and flour, scraping down sides of bowl, just until dough comes together. Fold in pecans.
Separate dough into 12 pieces; squeeze dough to shape into balls. Roll in sugar. Place, 3 inches apart, on a baking sheet. Gently flatten with the bottom of a glass (reshape sides if necessary). Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake until golden brown, rotating sheet halfway through, about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with more sugar. Cool cookies on a wire rack.

1 (18 ounce) package butter pecan cake mix
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter, softened
6 -8 ounces heath almond brickle chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Steps:

Cream cake mix, eggs, vanilla and margarine together with mixer.
Stir in brickle chips and pecans.
Drop onto greased or parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 10 minutes.
Let cool for 2-3 minutes.
Transfer cookies to cooling rack.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon maple flavoring or 1/4 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1 (18 ounce) box butter pecan cake mix (2 layer)

Steps:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cream butter and cream cheese together.
Blend in egg and maple flavoring.
Add dry cake mix 1/3 at a time, mix well after each addition.
Chill for 30 minutes.
Drop by spoonful on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until just lightly browned.
