BUSY MOM TATER TOT CASSEROLE
Need to feed a group of teenage boys (or men!). Need something quick, easy, filling and inexpensive. This is your recipe!! My son's friends would call me to ask when I was making this so they could drop by for a visit. Now they are all in college, and when they're home, I still get requests for this "man meal".

Steps:
- In a skillet, brown hamburger and onions. Drain and season with salt, pepper and Tony Chachere's (Cajun seasoning).
- Place tator tots in prepared 9 x 13 pyrex dish.
- Sprinkle hamburger and onions over tator tots.
- In a bowl, mix togethers soups. (you may add a little milk to thin this if desired) Spread over hamburger.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over top.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy!
MOM'S TATER TOTS CASSEROLE
My mom had a way with taking inexpensive or left-over meat and cream soups and inventing wonderful casseroles. Here's one of my childhood favorites.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In medium skillet over medium heat, sauté celery and onion in butter.
- Pour into large bowl and set aside (do not add to casserole dish yet).
- In skillet, brown the beef.
- Add salt and pepper to taste (I sometimes add a dash of garlic salt).
- Combine meat with celery and onion mixture.
- Place 1 layer of Tater Tots in the bottom of a round casserole dish.
- Top with meat mixture.
- Add another layer of Tater Tots on top of the meat.
- In separate bowl, combine soup and milk.
- Pour soup mixture evenly over top of casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Cover with foil if Tater Tots get too brown.

- Preheat oven to 350.
- In 9x13 inches pan, make one even layer of frozen tots. Set aside.
- Brown hamburger and onion,add seasonings to taste. Drain grease.
- Add both soups to hamburger and mix well.
- Spread hamburger mixture evenly over first layer of tots.
- Cover casserole with cheese slices.
- Use the rest of the frozen tots to make another layer over the top.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and tots are brown.

TATER TOT CASSEROLE
A savory blend of ground beef, broccoli, french fried onions, tomatoes and broccoli cheese soup in a tater tot lined casserole dish. This can be used as a main dish or side dish and is sure to be a hit at any get-together or family dinner.

Steps:
- Place potatoes on the bottom and up the sides of casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 400° for 10 minutes.
- Brown ground beef. Drain. Layer beef, broccoli, 1/2 can of onions and tonatoes in the potatoe shell. Combine soup, milk, 1 cup cheese and seasoning. Pour on top of casserole.
- Bake covered at 400° for 20 minutes.
- Top with remaining cheese and french fried onions. Bake uncovered 3 - 5 minutes (until cheese is melted).

- Pre-heat oven to 450.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet until thoroughly cooked.
- drain off excess grease.
- Transfer ground beef back into skillet and add the can of cream of mushroom soup, salt and pepper; stir until mixed evenly.
- Pour beef mixture into casserole dish and add tater tots to the top, spreading an even layer.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- ENJOY!
- *Ground the beef with the onion; chopped. Tastes really good with the onion but I've left it out for friends with Onion Allergies and I still LOVE it!
