1/2 cup use a little more as needed milk
2 tbsp. or butter oil
1 ½ tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 cup bread flour
1 tsp. yeast
1/2 like Granny Smith, peeled and diced medium apple

Steps:

Add ingredients in the order your bread machine requires, leaving out the apples.
Set the machine to the specialty bread cycle with medium crust.
When your machine specifies, add apples.
Once done, serve fresh for optimal taste.

1 cup milk, room temp
3 large eggs, room temp
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temp, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
4 1/4 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons yeast, active dry, instant or bread machine
1/2 cup dried apples, packed
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
1/3 cup raisins, packed
2 # loaf

Steps:

Place the milk, eggs, butter, brown sugar, salt, bread flour and yeast, in the order listed, in the bread pan fitted with the kneading paddle. Secure the bread pan in the Cuisinart® Automatic Bread maker. Press the menu button to select the Sweet program. Press loaf size and crust color buttons to select both size and crust preference. Press Start/Stop to mix, knead, rise, and bake. When the mix-in tone sounds, add the apples, walnuts and raisins. When the cycle is complete, remove the bread pan from the machine and transfer bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Ingredients

1 (21 ounce) can apple filling
1 cup butter, at room temperature
½ cup white sugar
½ cup (packed) dark brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup raisins
¾ cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, use a potato masher to break up apples in the filling; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar. Stir in eggs, apples, and vanilla extract until well blended. Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Stir into apple mixture, then stir in raisins and walnuts. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minute, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 15 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
