This healthy, and nourishing **5 Ingredient Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding** is laden with the wholesome ingredients like blueberry, vanilla, and cinnamon.

For Blueberry Chia Pudding //
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 Cup unsweetened almond milk or any other milk of your choice
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or vanilla extract
5 tablespoons chia seeds
NOTE: Some ingredients can be replaced with their vegan counterparts.

Steps:

  • Add frozen blueberries, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, and honey to a or food processor and until smooth.
  • Add chia seeds and mix well.
  • Seal the jar and let it sit for 5 minutes. After that, stir the pudding again to make sure that there are no lumps at the bottom. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set. You can also freeze it overnight.
  • Divide the pudding into 2 glasses.
  • Top with a generous amount of coconut whipped cream of natural yogurt.
  • Add some fresh blueberries on the top and enjoy.

This Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding couldn't be easier! Made with only 5 plant-based and good-for-you ingredients, it brings major flavor, but almost no time in the kitchen. Perfect for Meal Prep!

¼ cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
1 cup Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almondmilk
Pinch of Cinnamon (Optional, but recommended)
2-3 tsp Maple Syrup
⅓ cup Chia Seeds
Additional toppings, as desired

Steps:

  • Add the first 4 ingredients to a Blender or Food Processor and combine for 10-15 seconds, until smooth.
  • Transfer the "Blueberry Milk" to a sealable jar or container, and add in the Chia Seeds. Mix well and let sit for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes, mix the Pudding one more time (to ensure no "clumps" are at the bottom), then cover and place in the fridge for a minimum of 5 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Top and serve as desired.

Steps:

  • Combine almond milk, chia seeds, blueberries, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into 3 ramekins or glasses. Chill until set, 8 hours to overnight. Serve chilled.
