Steps:
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit with a rack in the upper third of the oven. If you're using a baking stone or baking steel, place it in the oven on the top rack. Prepare dough through step 5.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the pizzas, or top with drained, crushed tomatoes (crush the tomatoes over the sink to get out as much liquid as possible). Sprinkle lightly with dried oregano.
- Divide toppings evenly over the two pizzas, beginning with shredded mozzarella, followed by roasted red pepper, artichoke, olives and lastly, the feta.
- Bake pizzas individually on the top rack until the crust is golden and the cheese is golden and bubbly, about 12 minutes (or significantly less, if you're using a baking stone/steel-keep an eye on it). Transfer pizza to a cutting board and sprinkle with torn fresh basil. I sprinkled mine with red pepper flakes, too. Slice and serve!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Using 2 baking sheets, place 2 tortillas side by side on each sheet. With a pastry brush, lightly brush each tortilla with some of the olive oil. Flip the tortillas and brush again. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, flipping over the tortillas and alternating the placement of the baking sheets halfway through the cooking time. Also, during the first few minutes, use a knife point to pop any air bubbles that might develop. The tortillas should be golden and crisp when done. (The tortillas may be prepared to this point up to 3 days in advance. Cool completely, seal in a plastic bag, and refrigerate until ready to use.)
- In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, olives, zucchini, onion slivers, oregano, pepper, and olive oil and toss well. Gently fold in the feta cheese. Scatter all over the 4 tortillas. Bake 12 minutes, or until the feta is sizzling and the zucchini softened. Alternate the placement of the baking sheets halfway during the cooking time. Cut and serve immediately

WHAT GOES WITH BLACK OLIVES ON PIZZA? (12 TASTY TOPPINGS)
From hangryhanna.com
- Cheese. There are tons of different cheeses that you could choose to top your black olive pizza, but a good quality mozzarella is always a safe bet. Cheddar, provolone, and Parmesan are all great choices as well.
- Onion. Onion has the ability to add flavor to any pizza recipe, and it’s the perfect topping for a black olive pizza. The sweetness of the onion will help to offset the salty flavor of the olives, and the two will work together to create a pizza that is both flavorful and satisfying.
- Green Pepper. If you want to add some crunch and sweetness to offset the saltiness of the black olives, green peppers are a great choice. See also What Sauce Goes with Chicken Meatballs?
- Mushrooms. Mushrooms add an earthy flavor to pizza that pairs well with the mild, slightly salty flavor of black olives. When choosing mushrooms for your pizza, you can go with classic white button mushrooms, or mix it up with portobello, shiitake, or oyster mushrooms.
- Tomatoes. Tomato slices are a classic topping for black olive pizza. The acidity of the tomatoes helps to cut through the richness of the olives. You can use fresh or canned tomatoes for this topping.
- Garlic. Nothing adds flavor to a recipe like garlic does. When used as a complimentary topping on black olive pizza, garlic really brings out the flavor of the olives and makes the whole dish taste more cohesive.
- Basil. How about some fresh basil leaves to compliment your pizza? Basil has a sweet, peppery flavor that pairs well with the mild, slightly salty flavor of black olives.
- Oregano. Oregano simply just belongs on a pizza. It’s one of those classic flavor combinations that just can’t be beat. Oregano has a strong, slightly minty flavor that goes well with the milder flavor of black olives.
- Pineapple. Pineapple on pizza has been a controversial topic for many years. Some people love the sweet and savory combination, while others find it to be an abomination.
- Ham. I love the savory flavor that black olives add to a pizza, but I know that not everyone shares my opinion. If you’re looking for a complimentary topping that will help to mellow out the flavor of the black olives, ham is a great choice.
