Steps:
- Line cookie sheet with foil or waxed paper. In large bowl, place cereal and popcorn.
- In medium microwavable bowl, microwave frosting and white vanilla baking chips uncovered on High about 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until chips can be stirred smooth. Pour over cereal mixture in bowl; toss to evenly coat.
- Spread mixture in single layer on cookie sheet. Immediately top with sprinkles. Let stand until set, about 1 hour. Gently break up mixture. Store in airtight container.

Combine vanilla cake mix with Chex cereal, vanilla baking chips and sprinkles for a tasty and colorful snack.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 250°F. In large bowl, place cereal; set aside.
- In small microwavable bowl, microwave white chips and butter uncovered on High 30 seconds; stir. Continue to microwave in 30-second increments until chips and butter are softened and can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla.
- Drizzle mixture over cereal; toss until well coated. Sprinkle dry cake mix, powdered sugar and sprinkles over cereal; toss until well coated. Spread in single layer in 15x10-inch pan or large cookie sheet.
- Bake uncovered 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes. Cool about 15 minutes. Store tightly covered at room temperature.

- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, cream, and white chocolate. Stir constantly until the white chocolate is fully melted. The mixture will be very thick and buttery. Remove from heat. Stir in almond extract and butter extract.
- Pour warm white chocolate mixture over cereal. Stir it all together gently, making sure not to break the cereal. Wait about 3-4 (no longer) minutes and gently fold in the sprinkles – you don’t want the sprinkles to lose their color.
- In a large zipped top bag or covered container, add the powdered sugar. Pour the white chocolate covered cereal into the large bag or container. Seal the bag or container and shake until all the cereal is coated with the powdered mixture.
