- Heat oven to 400°. Spray rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches, with cooking spray. Remove skin and fat from chicken.
- Mix flour, cornmeal, cumin, chili powder and salt in heavy-duty resealable plastic food-storage bag. Mix buttermilk and pepper sauce in medium bowl. Dip chicken into buttermilk mixture, then place in bag. Seal bag and shake until evenly coated. Place chicken in pan; spray chicken lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.

- Mix buttermilk and pepper sauce in medium bowl.
- Mix cornmeal and seasoning mix in large plastic bag.
- Dip chicken into buttermilk mixture, then shake in bag to coat with cornbread mixture.
- Place in pan & drizzle with oil.
- Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes, turning once, until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.

- Place turkey, salt and garlic in 12-inch skillet; add enough water to cover. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until turkey is tender; drain.

- Heat oven to 350°F. In small bowl, mix flour, cocoa, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and red pepper; set aside.
- In 2-quart saucepan, heat butter and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring occasionally, until melted. Remove from heat; stir in granulated sugar. Pour into large bowl. Beat in eggs with spoon one at a time until blended. Beat in vanilla. Stir in flour mixture until well blended. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.

- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are set. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack. Cool completely, at least 20 minutes. Store covered in airtight container.
