Great Weapon Master. Barbarians were built with Two-Handed weapons in mind. So, dropping a +10 to damage on a target is amazing. Great Weapon Master is perfect for the Barbarian.
Sentinel. Barbarians are defenders at heart. You’re always on the frontline, but a huge problem with 5E’s defenders is… creatures can just kinda walk by you.
Dual Wielder. Dual Wielder is the best way to handle a Two-Weapon Fighting Barbarian. Dual Wielder provides 3 benefits; +1 to AC while dual wielding (great for your defense), can use two non-light weapons (great for your damage), and you can draw both weapons simultaneously (great for surprises).
Lucky. Lucky is just a good feat, in my opinion. I love the chance to reroll ones when I can, and being able to also negate dangerous attack rolls is really fun.
Durable. The Barbarian gets hit… a lot. Durable offers you an ability score improvement for Constitution, which is nice for your hit point pool. In addition, during short rests, your minimum healing is equal to double Constitution.

Charger. A great thematic and mechanical choice for the mobility-focused barbarian. When you take the Dash action on your turn to move double your movement speed, the Charger Feat lets you use your bonus action to also make one weapon attack or shove an enemy.
Chef. While the Chef Feat might initially seem like a bizarre choice for a fur-clad berserker, it can actually do a lot for your survivability. You get a +1 increase to your Constitution (or Wisdom), which is great for starters.
Dual Wielder. The classic barbarian wields a single massive weapon. However, with the addition of the Dual Wielder Feat, using an axe, sword, or hammer in each hand starts to look like a viable alternative – especially since you’ll get another attack to add your bonus Rage damage to each round.
Fighting Initiate. A great Feat to pair with Dual Wielder above, Fighting Initiate lets you choose a fighting style, which can augment your melee prowess in a number of ways – although a nice alternative to this is multiclassing for a single level in Fighter.
Great Weapon Master. The Great Weapon Master Feat is probably the most iconic barbarian Feat pairing. If you want to go down the classic “berserker with a massive axe” route, this is the first Feat you want to pick up.
