SLOW-COOKER BEEF TIPS AND NOODLES
I don't normally like recipes with cream of ___ soup in them, but this one I came up with is delicious! Definitely easy comfort food! *** Update: I tried this with 1/4 cup Burgundy wine and 1/2 cup beef broth and it was delicious! For a change, try a mixture of wine and broth.

Steps:
- Place beef in the slow cooker.
- Combine mushroom soup, onion soup mix and gravy mix in a bowl until well blended. Stir in beef broth.
- Add mushrooms and onions to mixture, then pour over beef.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours, or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
- Cook egg noodle according to directions on package.
- Spoon beef mixture over hot noodles and serve.

- Place stew meat in crockpot. Add soup, half the water and the garlic powder. Cook on high for 3-5 hours. Add flour to remaining cold water and blend with a whisk. Add to crockpot and stir. Let simmer at least 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce to taste. Serve over egg noodles, cooked according to package directions.

- Start with putting Roast and broth or stock in crock pot and cook on high for 4-6 hours. Adding Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder to taste.
- Once the beef has cooked add the noodles and let cook for another 30 min to 1 hour.
- You can also add any veggies that you would like to this recipe and can shred the beef or cut into larger pieces for serving. I like to serve this over mashed potatoes.

- Cut steak into bite-size pieces. Place flour in large bowl, add meat and toss to coat with flour. Heat about one-eighth inch oil in heavy skillet. Add steak and brown over medium heat. Place steak in slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Mix soup and water in skillet with drippings from the meat, then pour over meat in slow cooker. Cook on low for six to eight hours. Cook noodles according to manufacturer's directions. Serve with meat mixture.

- Brown beef tips in vegetable oil and place in crock pot. In same saucepan, sautee onions and place on top of beef tips.
- Add mushroom soup, worcestershire sauce and water to same saucepan. Heat and stir to mix. Add to crock pot.
- Turn crock pot to high for 1 hour and turn to low for 4 to 5 hours. Add sour cream during last 15 minutes and stir.
- Note: Cream of mushroom soup will add some salty flavor. At end of cook time do a taste test and if too salty, add about 3-4 tablespoons of water which will dilute saltiness.

- Dredge beef in flour mixture.
- Place meat in crock pot.
- Cover with shallots and mushrooms.

- 1. In a medium sized skillet, brown beef, onion and peppers in oil; if using garlic, add it now, cook until fragrant; drain.
- 2. Transfer to a 3 quart slow cooker.
- 3. In a small bowl, combine 1 cup water, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and mustard.
- 4. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours or until meat is tender.
- 5. Combine the flour and remaining 1 cup water until smooth; stir into meat mixture. I stir in roughly 1 1/2 tablespoons of browning sauce for color.
- 6. Cook 30 minutes longer or until thickened. Salt and pepper to taste.
- 7. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Serve with beef.
