Easy ground beef one-skillet dinner for a busy weeknight. Tasty, savory, and great with cornbread or home fries (frozen French fries work too).

1 pound ground beef
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced green bell pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup medium salsa (such as Pace®)
½ tablespoon Greek seasoning (such as Cavender's®)
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
kosher salt to taste
1 (15 ounce) can Southwestern-style beans, undrained (such as Ranch Style®)

Steps:

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Add onion and bell pepper and cook until onion is softened and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add in salsa, Greek seasoning, pepper, and salt. Cook and stir until well combined, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in beans. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer to desired thickness, about 20 minutes. Add water if sauce becomes too thick.

1 pounds ground beef
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon ginger (ground)
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper (ground )
3 tablespoons soy sauce (gluten-free)
2 tablespoons honey
2 pounds green beans (trimmed)
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons water

Steps:

  • Season ground beef with pressed garlic, ginger, onion powder, and black pepper. Cook in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is evenly browned. Drain. Mix in soy sauce and honey.
  • Stir in the green beans and cover. Simmer for 7 to 10 minutes, until the beans are tender.
  • Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Stir into the beef mixture and cook an additional 5 minutes or so, until the sauce is thickened.

1 lb ground beef
1 (14 1/4 ounce) can French style green beans, drained (or 10oz. box frozen)
1 small onion, diced
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can tomatoes, diced undrained
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 -2 potato, peeled & diced (if in a hurry you can use a 14.5oz. can of potatos drained)

Steps:

  • Cook ground beef and onion. Drain.
  • Add all ingredients, salt & pepper to taste.
  • If one can of tomato sauce is not enough add another one depends on how saucy you like it.
  • Cover and cook until potatos are done.
  • 1/2 an hour to 45 minute.

1/3 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing, divided
2 Tbsp. A.1. Original Sauce
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 beef sirloin tip steak (1 lb.), thinly sliced
3/4 lb. green beans, trimmed, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup frozen corn
1 small red onion, sliced
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger

Steps:

  • Mix 2 Tbsp. dressing, A.1. and crushed pepper until blended. Pour over meat in shallow dish; stir to evenly coat meat. Refrigerate 30 min.
  • Cook and stir meat, in batches, in large skillet on medium-high heat 2 min. or until done. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add remaining dressing, beans and corn to skillet; cook and stir on medium-high heat 3 min. Stir in meat, onions and ginger; cook and stir 2 min. or until onions are crisp-tender and meat is heated through.

1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups water
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon dark molasses
1 (9 ounce) package frozen cut green beans, broken apart
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water
3 -4 cups hot cooked rice
French fried onion rings

Steps:

  • Cook and stir ground beef and onion in large skillet until meat is brown and onion is tender.
  • Drain off any fat.
  • Stir in garlic, 1 1/2 cups water, soy sauce, and molasses; heat to boiling.
  • Add green beans and heat to boiling.
  • Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 15 minutes.
  • Blend cornstarch and 1/4 cup cold water; stir gradually into meat mixture.
  • Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
  • Boil and stir 1 minute.
  • Serve over rice.
  • Garnish with onion rings and pass additional soy sauce, if desired.

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef, drain.
  • Add onion& bell pepper and cook until tender.
  • Add pasta sauce and beef broth; bring to a boil.
  • Add pasta.
  • When mixture is bubbling, turn heat down to medium.

2 cups hot water
1 cup milk
1 box Hamburger Helper™ beef pasta
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 1/2 cups frozen cut green beans
1 can (4.5 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained

Steps:

  • In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain.
  • Stir in hot water, milk, sauce mix and uncooked pasta (from Hamburger Helper box), onion, frozen green beans and mushrooms. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; uncover and let stand 5 minutes (sauce will thicken as it stands). Stir before serving.
