S'MORES NACHOS
These S'mores Nachos are the easiest dessert you will ever make. Just 10 mins and 3 simple ingredients!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Fill an 8" cast iron skillet* with layers of graham crackers, chocolate chips, and marshmallows. Bake for 10-15mins or until marshmallows are golden (broil if desired).
- Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

NACHO MAMA'S S'MORES
Steps:
- Break the graham crackers into pieces and place a layer in the bottom of a cast iron skillet. Break up the chocolate bars and put a layer on top of the crackers. Now add another layer of crackers and chocolate. Evenly distribute the marshmallows over it all. Place the skillet in a corner of the campfire, rotating the pan 1/4 turn every 3 minutes, until the chocolate is melted and the marshmallow are golden brown, about 12 minutes. Be sure to protect your hands from the fire at all times.
- Alternately, the S'mores can be made in a pie pan in a preheated 250 degree F oven until the chocolate and marshmallows melt.
SUNNY'S CRUNCHY PEANUT BUTTER S'MORE BITES
Steps:
- In a large bowl, add the peanut butter, butter and powdered sugar and beat with a whisk or electric beater until smooth. Using a teaspoon measure, scoop the mixture and form into balls, then press into a coin shape the diameter of a quarter. Refrigerate to set up dough cookies, about 30 minutes.
- To make bites, dip peanut butter coins in melted chocolate then toss in graham cracker crumbs until coated, double dip and double coat if you feel dangerous. Arrange the coated coins on a wire rack and refrigerate for about 30 more minutes to set. Add the marshmallow fluff to a pastry bag fitted with a star tip. Remove the coins from the refrigerator and squeeze about 1 teaspoon of marshmallow fluff into the center of half of the coins. If you don't have a pastry bag, use a plastic bag, fill it with fluff and cut 1 corner off and dollop that way. Then top each half with another coin to make a sandwich and place return to the refrigerator to set, about 1 hour.
- Options: chop coconut flakes and add them to the graham cracker crumbs to use for coating.
- Add puffed rice cereal into the peanut butter, butter and powdered sugar for a bit more texture and crunch.

- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Make deep lengthwise cut along inside curve of each banana, being careful to not cut through to opposite side of banana. Place bananas on centers of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil.
- Open bananas gently; spread with peanut butter. Top with remaining ingredients. Fold foil to make 4 packets.
- Grill, filled sides up, 8 to 10 min. or until heated through. Cut slits in foil to release steam before carefully opening packets.

Gather 'round the campfire for these banana boat s'mores. Just fill a sliced banana (peel and all) with marshmallows, chocolate chips and Golden Grahams Cereal, wrap in tin foil and bake over the fire.

- Cut 4 (12-inch) sheets of foil.
- Make deep lengthwise cut along inside curve of each banana, being careful not to cut all the way through. Open slit to form pocket.
- Fill each banana with 2 tablespoons chocolate chips, 2 tablespoons marshmallows and 2 tablespoons cereal.
- Wrap each banana in foil, making sure that foil opening is on top. Using tongs, set wrapped bananas in coals of campfire; cook 8 to 10 minutes. Carefully remove from fire; peel back foil.
