FROZEN BANANA MARGARITAS
We enjoyed banana margaritas while vacationing in Mazatlan Mexico and have been trying to duplicate them every since. This recipe brings back great memories. Serve in salt or sugar rimmed margarita glasses.

- In the container of a blender, combine the lemon juice, lime juice, banana liqueur, tequila, triple sec, and bananas. Add ice cubes until the mixture reaches the 6 cup line. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into margarita glasses to serve.

- 1. Scrape vanilla bean into blender along with tequila, triple sec, coconut milk, frozen limeade, ice and 3 bananas.
- 2. Blend until frozen consistency
- 3. Add sugar to rims of glasses
- 4. Pour margarita into glasses and garnish with sliced banana.

- To sugar-rim the glasses, rub a lime wedge around rim of 2 stemmed goblets. Fill a saucer with sanding sugar. Dip goblet, upside down, into sugar.
- Fill blender half full of ice cubes. Add lime juice, bananas, granulated sugar, and milk; blend. Taste for sweetness, adding more sugar, if desired. Blend a few seconds more; pour into sugar-rimmed glasses. Serve immediately.
