BAKED WONTON CHIPS
If you are looking for a quick and easy snack, these wonton chips are for you! These homemade chips are baked in the oven and you can customize them with your favorite seasonings.

Steps:
- Adjust oven racks to upper-middle and lower-middle positions and heat oven to 400°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment.
- Place the cut wonton wrappers on the baking sheets and brush both sides of the wonton wrappers very lightly with oil.
- Lightly sprinkle the top-side of the wrappers with flaked sea salt.
- Place one baking sheet in the middle of each rack and cook 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, set the bottom tray on the upper-middle rack and the set the upper tray on the lower-middle rack, and rotate each tray from front to back.
- Bake an additional 5-10 minutes or until the chips are light golden brown.
- Set sheets on a cooling rack and carefully transfer the chips to a different baking sheet or serving tray.
- Reload the trays with additional wonton wrappers (if necessary) and repeat the process.
- Keep in an airtight container up to 1 week.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray 1 or 2 baking sheets with nonstick spray.
- Cut each wonton wrapper to make 4 triangles.
- Place in a single layer on baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with salt to taste.
- Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until crisp and golden.
- These will keep for a week or two in an airtight container.
- If desired, reheat for 4 or 5 minutes at 350 degrees before serving.

SPICED WONTON CHIPS

- Mix 4 teaspoons dark brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons five-spice powder and a pinch of cayenne in a bowl. Brush 20 wonton wrappers with 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil and sprinkle with half of the spice mixture; flip and repeat. Cut diagonally in half and spread on 2 baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375 degrees F until golden, about 10 minutes. Let cool until crisp.

OVEN-BAKED TERIYAKI OR THAI WONTON CHIPS
All ingredient amounts can be adjusted to taste. Use the 4 x 4-inch size egg roll wrappers for this.

Steps:
- For the teriyaki chips.
- Set oven to 400 desgrees.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- For the teriyaki chips; in a medium bowl combine/whisk together the teriyaki sauce, honey and peanut oil until well blended.
- Cut the egg roll wrappers into thirds.
- Brush one side with the teriyaki mixture.
- Turn over and brush the mixture on the other side.
- Place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden, checking continuously to make sure the chips do not overcook.
- When the chips are golden remove from the oven and place on a wire rack to allow them to crisp even more.
- For the Thai chips; mix together the Thai curry paste, lime juice and oil until well combined.
- Follow the same instructions as for the teriyaki chips.

- Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray. Lay the wonton wrappers flat on the sheet.
- Melt the margarine in the microwave and brush each wonton wrapper with melted margarine. Sprinkle with cinnamon and Splenda to taste. Bake at 350 for approximately 8 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine yogurt and strawberry preserves, adding Splenda to taste, and a drop or two of liquid Stevia.
