- Also need 4 sheets Reynolds Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil (12 x 18 inches each).
- Preheat oven to 450ºF or grill to medium-high.
- Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine rice, tomatoes, green pepper, celery, onion, Creole seasoning, brown sugar and oregano.
- Stir in shrimp.
- Center one-fourth of mixture on each sheet of aluminum foil.
- Bring up foil sides.
- Double fold top and ends to seal package, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
- Repeat to make four packets.
- Bake 14 to 16 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven or grill 8 to 10 minutes in covered grill.

- Heat a large heavy Dutch oven over medium heat. Add oil. Cook garlic, onions, celery, and green bell peppers. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in cayenne and let caramelize. Add the seafood stock, tomatoes, Worcestershire, hot sauce, and bay leaves. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 35 minutes. Add shrimp and cook about 4 more minutes, until they are bright pink and cooked through. Garnish with green onions.

- Melt butter in a small Dutch oven over medium heat; add bell pepper and next 7 ingredients, and sauté 7 minutes or until vegetables are tender. - Heat oil in a Dutch oven or heavy pot over medium heat. Cook and stir onion, celery, bell pepper, and garlic in hot oil until soft, 5 to 7 minutes; add diced tomatoes and green chiles, tomato sauce, sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and bay leaves. Reduce heat to medium low and continue cooking until vegetables are soft, about 30 minutes.
- Put flour into a large sealable plastic bag. Season flour with salt and pepper. Add shrimp to bag, close bag, and shake to coat shrimp in seasoned flour.
- Stir tomato juice into the mixture in the Dutch oven. Reduce heat to low and cook until the juice reduces slightly, about 5 minutes; add shrimp and cook until shrimp turn pink, about 5 minutes. Remove Dutch oven from heat and let the residual heat finish cooking the shrimp until they are bright pink and the meat is no longer translucent, about 5 minutes more.

Steps:
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high.
- Add shrimp and cook about 2 minutes on each side, or until they just turn pink (they will cook more later).
- Remove from the pan.
- Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring, or until the vegetables are softened.
- Add the peppers and cook another 3 to 4 minutes, again stirring frequently.
- Add the tomatoes and old bay and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the shrimp and cook 2 to 3 minutes, or until they are heated through.
- Remove from heat, stir in the parsley; serve immediately.

- In a large saucepan, melt the butter. Add the onion and garlic to the saucepan and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, over moderate heat until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the celery and peppers and cook until softened, 7 minutes. Pour the chicken broth and tomatoes into the saucepan, then add the Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and Aleppo pepper. Bring the to a boil, then reduce the heat to moderately low and simmer until the sauce has thickened and the peppers are very soft, 15 minutes longer.
- Stir in the shrimp and cook until just pink throughout, 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish the shrimp creole with thinly sliced scallions and serve warm with steamed rice. Pass lemon wedges and additional hot sauce at the table.
