1/4 cup hemp hearts
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 cup old fashioned oats
3 tablespoons avocado oil
1 egg
1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup brown sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350º F. Spray donut pans with cooking spray.
  • Combine greek yogurt and water in a bowl, and set aside.
  • Get a large bowl and combine ALL the DRY ingredients.
  • Get a smaller bowl and combine ALL the WET ingredients.Add the yogurt/water mixture to this bowl.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, and stir to combine.
  • Place your large decorating tip into the piping bag.Fill the piping bag with batter.Pipe into each donut cavity.***NOTE*** If you are not piping the batter, just use a spoon to fill the cavity.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until done. You can check the doneness with a cake tester.
  • Remove from oven, let cool slightly and remove donuts from pan onto cooling rack.
  • ENJOY!!

1 tablespoon baking powder
¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
  • Whisk eggs, oil, and brown sugar together in a bowl until brown sugar is dissolved. Combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl; stir into egg mixture just until moistened. Spoon oat mixture into prepared baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
