EASY BAKED DOUGHNUTS
These easy baked doughnuts are great when you need a quick sweet treat or a breakfast for kids.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Mix baking mix, milk, egg, 2 tablespoons sugar, and cinnamon together in a bowl with a whisk, beating vigorously for 20 strokes. Transfer dough to a floured work surface and knead 5 times. Roll dough into 1/2-inch thickness and cut with a floured doughnut cutter. Place doughnuts onto a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cooked through and lightly browned, 7 to 9 minutes.
- Pour melted butter into a bowl. Place 1/2 cup sugar in a separate bowl. Dip doughnuts into butter; transfer to sugar and lightly press until doughnuts are coated.

- Spray a donut pan with any cooking spray. heck, butter would work!
- Make the cake mix as directed,.
- Pour it into the donut pan. I would recommend to fill it to where there is just a little bit of the hole thingy showing.
- Bake on directed temperature On the box. check every two minutes, these things bake FAST!
- when you think there are fully baked, take out to cool. Then ice!
- Enjoy this amazing donut!

- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 1/4 tsp (1 packet) instant yeast and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Add warm milk, 3 Tbsp melted butter, 2 egg yolks and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and whisk vigorously to combine well.
- Cover with plastic wrap and rest at room temperature 10 minutes, until some bubbles form on the surface.
- Add remaining 1 1/2 cups flour, adding just enough until dough holds together and no longer sticks to the sides of the bowl. Knead in the bowl 5 minutes. If dough is really sticking to your hands, dust lightly with flour then continue kneading with clean dry hands. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let rise in a 100˚F oven for 45 min or at room temperature for 1 1/2 hours, or until doubled in size.
