Juice of 1 lemon
1 clove garlic, grated
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Kosher salt
1 pound (about 24) large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails intact
12 slices bacon, halved

Steps:

  • Position a rack 3 to 4 inches from the heat source and preheat the broiler. Whisk the lemon juice, garlic, paprika, thyme, olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a shallow baking dish. Add the shrimp and toss to coat; marinate in the refrigerator, 20 minutes.
  • Turn the shrimp in the marinade to coat well. One at a time, remove each shrimp and wrap with a piece of bacon; secure with a toothpick if desired. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet. Spoon any remaining marinade over the shrimp. Broil, turning the shrimp once, until the bacon is slightly crisp and the shrimp are cooked through, about 5 minutes.

1 lb shrimp
bacon applewood smoked
5 tbsp butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2-1 tbsp smoked paprika
chili powder
Sauce
1/3 cup mayo
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
chili powder
2 tbsp honey

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400F
  • Taking cleaned and deveined shrimp, wrap with bacon.
  • Place bacon-wrapped shrimp on a baking sheet.
  • Combine brown sugar, smoked paprika, chili powder with melted butter.
  • Brush the shrimp with the sauce and place in the oven to bake for about 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, coat the shrimp with more butter sauce.
  • Add the shrimp to the broiler for about 1-2 minutes, until the bacon is carmelized and sizzling.
  • For The Sauce
  • Combine the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, lemon juice, sweet chili sauce, chili powder, and honey with the mayo.
  • Serve up and enjoy the party!!!

1 pound jumbo shrimp (peeled, deveined and tails removed (16-20 shrimp), fresh or frozen,)
9 pieces bacon (cut in half, regular sliced, not thick )
1 cup light brown sugar
1 tablespoon chili powder
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon lemon pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Place a large wire rack (the kind you would use to cool a cake or cookies on after baking) on the baking sheet and spray liberally with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Add the brown sugar and chili powder to a shallow bowl and mix completely.
  • Cut the bacon in half and dredge both sides in the brown sugar mixture. Arrange the bacon slices in a single layer on the rack.
  • Bake for 10 minutes until the bacon is partially cooked and still pliable. Cool five minutes or until you can handle it.
  • Sprinkle salt and lemon pepper lightly over the shrimp and wrap each shrimp with a piece of bacon. Secure with a toothpick and place back on the wire rack. Sprinkle any remaining brown sugar mixture evenly over the top.
  • Bake for another eight minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp are done.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

12 medium shrimp, shelled and devined
1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 12 strips
1 tablespoon low-sodium teriyaki sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons low-sodium teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon low-sodium chili sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons low-sodium chili sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons water

Steps:

  • Place bacon on plate; cover with paper towel. Microwave on High 1 minutes; pat dry with additional paper towel.
  • Wrap one shirmp and one pepper strip in each piece of bacon; secure with wooden pick.
  • Place in a 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Repeat with remaining bacon, shrimp, and bell pepper.
  • In a small bowl, combine the teriyaki, chili and hoisin sauces with 2 Tablespoons water; pour over shrimp.

6 ounces chili sauce (Sweet or Hot)
12 ea. slices thin cut bacon or 12 prosciutto
12 toothpicks (soak in water 30 min.) or 12 skewers (soak in water 30 min.)

Steps:

  • Pre-cook bacon on one side on baking sheet at 325 degree F. for 5 minutes then drain on paper towels (No need to pre-cook prosciutto). Wrap each peeled and deveined shrimp with half slice of bacon or prosciutto by working from head to tail. Secure in place with picks or skewer. Generously coat each shrimp with chili sauce. Grill on high for 3 minutes per side until shrimp is pink and curled, and bacon is crisp. Re-Coat shrimp as desired and serve with lemon wedges.
  • Optional: Bake in advance! Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place shrimp on baking sheet. Bake 10 to 14 minutes, turning once. Wrap in foil to transport, don't lose the juice, it's the best part!

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons parsley (or basil, finely chopped)
1 garlic
1 tablespoon brown sugar (packed)
salt and pepper (to taste)
12 slices bacon

Steps:

  • In the zip bag mix all of the ingredients except shrimp and bacon. Add shrimp and marinate for 20 min.
  • While shrimp marinating bake bacon at 450 F for 8 min. Slice bacon in half.

1 tablespoon chili powder
2 1/2 pounds peeled and deveined raw jumbo shrimp (U12 size)
1 pound thin bacon, slices cut in half
3 green onions, sliced

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Set a wire rack over a baking sheet.
  • Melt the butter with the chili powder in a small pan, stirring to combine. Divide the chili butter between 2 separate bowls.
  • Wrap each shrimp in a half piece of bacon and skewer with a small skewer or large toothpick. Arrange the shrimp on the wire rack and brush with half of the chili butter (1 of the bowls).
  • Bake until the bacon is cooked, 5 to 10 minutes. With a clean brush, brush on more chili butter from the second bowl. Serve on a big platter and sprinkle with sliced green onions.
