Steps:
- Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in the spaghetti, and return to a boil. Cook the pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the pasta has cooked through, but is still firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain well in a colander set in the sink.
- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in the bacon, and cook until the bacon has begun to shrink, about 3 minutes. Add the garlic, and continue cooking and stirring until the garlic has softened, and the bacon is crisp, about 5 minutes. Toss the drained pasta with the bacon, oil, and parsley to serve.

This recipe is great for nights when you get home and need something to wind down. 'Turos Csusza' is a Hungarian dish I learned from my Dad last year when I turned twelve. It consists of bacon, egg noodles, sour cream, and cottage cheese. 'Elvezet!'

CREAMY COTTAGE CHEESE ALFREDO PASTA
Forget the heavy cream and butter, this healthy alfredo style sauce is made with just cottage cheese and garlic! It's rich and comforting, yet far lighter than traditional alfredo. Best of all, the entire dinner comes together in the time it takes to boil a pot of water. You can either use plain cottage cheese or a chive flavored cottage cheese. Feel free to swap out the frozen peas for chopped broccoli or asparagus. Don't forget to reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water before draining (I like to place a measuring cup in my colander so I don't forget!).

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil, and season it with salt.
- In a mini food processor (or high speed blender), process the garlic until finely chopped. Add the cottage cheese, and process until smooth (easiest sauce EVER!!). Scrape the sauce into a large heat-proof bowl.
- Cook the spaghetti in the boiling water according to the package directions. During the last 2 minutes of cooking, scoop out 1/2 cup of the cooking water (reserve it), and add the peas to the pot. Once the pasta is al dente, drain it (with the peas). Immediately transfer the hot pasta and peas to the bowl with the cottage cheese. Add the parmesan cheese, season well with salt and pepper, and toss to combine. Add a few splashes of the pasta cooking water, tossing until the sauce is loose enough to evenly coat the spaghetti.
- Twirl the spaghetti into bowls and garnish with more parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of chives, if you'd like. Devour!

- Mix flour, eggs and water by adding water gradually because amount of water can depend on the flours. (I needed exactly 100 ml) Knead it to a flexible and soft dough then roll it out with a pasta machine. My machine has 7 grade, I rolled first on 7th, 6th and then finally 5th)
- Sprinkle a kitchen towel with flour and lay the pasta on it and let the sheets try for 30 minutes- 1 hour. Cut sheets lengthwise put two on each other and cut them julienne with a knife. Use your fingers to separate the ones stick together.
- Boil some water, add salt and some drops of oil. Cook pasta in bunches in boiling water until it comes up to the surface. Use a small sieve to remove pasta and pour cold water on it to stop cooking process. Move sieve to remove any excess water and put pasta into another pot, mix with the oil so they don’t stick to each other. Season with some salt.

- Better-than-Ever Cheesy Meat Lasagna. Cottage cheese can be used to lighten up lasagna while not sacrificing flavor. We like using BREAKSTONE’S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low-Fat Cottage Cheese so there is still a little bit of richness.
- Company Cheesecake. Adding cottage cheese to cheesecake lightens it up but also adds another layer of cheese flavor, which is twice as nice.
- Copycat Red Pepper and Spinach Egg Cups. Meet your new favorite meal prep. Make a big batch of these egg cups at the beginning of the week — using a combination of cottage cheese and other shredded cheeses — and you have breakfast on the go every day.
- Easy Onion-Dill Bread. With its short rising time (45 minutes), this bread could be made on a weeknight if you were ambitious, or it’s a great weekend project.
- Creamy Farmers’ Market Pasta Salad. Instead of mayonnaise, this pasta salad gets its creaminess from KNUDSEN or BREAKSTONE’S Cottage Cheese and KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing.
- Mexican Vegetable Bake. Since cottage cheese is mild, it can take on any flavors you want it to. In the case of this baked pasta, it blends well with TACO BELL Thick & Chunk Salsa, black beans, corn, cilantro, and even more cheese on top.
- Cheese-Bacon Spread. This dip is lightened up with BREAKSTONE’S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low-Fat Cottage Cheese. Turkey bacon, chopped onions, garlic powder, LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce, PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel cheese, and KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese will make sure you’re satisfied with tons of savory flavor.
