FOR THE SAUCE:
1/3 c. Mayonnaise
3 tbsp. Ketchup
2 tbsp. Mustard
FOR THE TOTCHOS:
2 lb. Frozen Tater Tots
2 tbsp. Butter
1/2 c. Chopped Onion
1 lb. Ground Beef
Salt And Pepper, to taste
4 leaves Romaine Lettuce Hearts, Washed And Shredded
8 oz. weight Colby Cheese, Shredded
1 Large Tomato, Diced
3/4 c. Dill Pickles

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425ºF. Mix together all of the ingredients for the sauce. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.Arrange tater tots in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven until starting to turn brown, about 20-25 minutes.Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Melt butter and add onion. Cook for 3 minutes. Add ground beef, season to taste with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink. When tater tots are nice and crispy, remove from the oven and sprinkle cooked ground beef on top in an even layer. Top with shredded cheese. Return to oven and bake until cheese melts, about 5-10 minutes.Remove from oven and top with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. Drizzle sauce on top. Serve immediately.

While we love a grilled burger, this one is our go-to for all seasons. Instead of making a typical patty, we smash the meat in a super-hot cast-iron pan to get crispy, ruffled edges. Once you smash your burgers this way, you'll never go back! We top them with all the fixings, including our perfectly balanced special sauce. It's what we consider an iconic burger.

1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
2 tablespoons pickle relish
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
8 slices thick-cut bacon
4 sesame seed hamburger buns, split
2 pounds ground beef (80-percent lean)
Kosher salt
4 thin slices sharp white Cheddar
4 thin slices red onion
8 thin slices tomato
1/4 head iceberg lettuce, shredded

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish and vinegar in a small bowl; set aside.
  • Working in batches if necessary, add the bacon to a large cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Cook, flipping halfway through, until crisp and golden, about 10 minutes. Transfer the bacon to a nonstick baking sheet. Discard the bacon fat (or save for another use) and wipe the skillet clean but do not wash. Heat over medium-high heat until very hot, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the buns split-side up to the baking sheet with the bacon and bake until the buns are toasted, about 5 minutes.
  • Loosely form the beef into 4 balls. Add one ball of beef to the skillet and press firmly to flatten with a large flat metal spatula for 10 seconds, then gently remove the spatula. Sprinkle the patty generously with salt; repeat with the remaining beef balls, cooking in batches if necessary. Let cook, undisturbed, until well browned on the bottoms, 2 to 3 minutes. Flip the patties, sprinkle with more salt and top each with a slice of Cheddar. Continue cooking until the cheese is melted around the edges and the bottoms are browned, about 2 more minutes.
  • Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the bun tops. Serve the patties on the bottom buns topped with the bacon, onion, tomato and lettuce.

1 pkg. (2.52 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon
1 cup CHEEZ WHIZ Cheese Dip
2 Tbsp. butter
8 eggs, beaten

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package.
  • Microwave sausage, then bacon as directed on packages. Cut each sausage patty into 4 pieces, then cut each bacon slice into 1-1/2-inch pieces.
  • Microwave CHEEZ WHIZ in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring after each minute. Meanwhile, melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add eggs; cook 2 to 4 min. or until set, stirring occasionally.
  • Place TATER TOTS on serving plate; drizzle with CHEEZ WHIZ. Top with eggs, sausage and bacon.

2 CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Pickle Spears with 1 tsp. pickle juice, divided
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 plum tomato, chopped

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450°F.
  • Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, cook bacon in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until crisp; drain on paper towels. Discard all but 1 tsp. drippings from skillet.
  • Add onions to reserved drippings; cook over medium heat 3 min., stirring frequently. Add beef; cook until done, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add ketchup, mustard and pickle juice; mix well.
  • Top TATER TOTS with beef mixture; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 2 to 4 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Chop pickles; spoon over TATER TOTS along with the tomatoes and bacon.
